As the year comes to a close it's a great time to reflect on these three questions. Have your team come up with the answers and then celebrate their accomplishments and lessons learned.
What has worked well in 2016 that we should continue or do more of?
What wasn't as effective as we thought it might be that we should stop or do less of?
Looking back over the top two lists, in which areas might we increase effectiveness by making adjustments or doing something differently?
Working together to craft these lists of answers is a powerful team-building exercise.
It's also motivational as it focuses on recognition, forward momentum, creativity, planning and empowerment.
